The Wyoming Creative Arts Community at the Hallberg Center for the Arts has hosted an annual photography exhibit for the past ten years. "That's What Eye Saw" returns, showcasing black and white, color, film and digital photography and imaging ranging from formal portraits to landscapes to digital creations.
